If there's ever a concern, question, or complaint about anything I've sold, please immediately let me know. If I can better a situation, that's always my goal.

All custom-length bicycle spokes are special-order items.

Because each custom-length spoke is fashioned from a new, blank spoke, they're unfortunately unable to be returned. Once a spoke has been cut, it's no longer new and can't be resold.

Please carefully calculate your spoke length, then double-check, then check one more time.
